Kim Roush is a builder at heart, uniquely positioned at the intersection of ministry and the marketplace. Raised in a Buddhist home, she encountered Jesus at age 14—an experience that radically transformed her life and clarified her calling: to love God and love His Church. Together with her husband Vance, Kim leads Overflow, a fast-growing FinTech startup, as a God-given assignment—stewarding its platform and people to accelerate generosity and expand Kingdom impact. A devoted mother of four, her greatest joy and highest calling is raising Lennox, Emerson, Tatum, and Wesleigh in Silicon Valley, California.
