Dana Byers is the founder and CEO of Kind Birdie, a faith-centered soul care brand helping high-capacity Christian women build “Light Hearts and Anchored Souls.” Since launching in 2025 from her home base in Edmond, Oklahoma, Kind Birdie has turned planners, journals, and card decks into tools for real spiritual and emotional restoration, giving 20% of profits to offer both immediate help and long-term stability for their most vulnerable neighbors in Oklahoma.
Dana brings over 25 years of leadership to this work, spanning nonprofit leadership roles, pastoral ministry, missionary service overseas, and certified life and leadership coaching. She has walked alongside hundreds of women through seasons of burnout, calling, and rebuilding, and she pours that same wisdom into every product Kind Birdie creates.
Dana leads with conviction: growth should never come at the cost of soul. She is building a company that proves purpose and profit can grow together.
