In January 2024, Marta graduated with a law degree from l’Università degli Studi di Palermo in Sicily, Italy. While attending University, she decided to pursue an opportunity in the Network Marketing industry for one of the leading Global Networking Marketing companies, Jeunesse.

While pursuing this new career path, it wasn’t long before the entrepreneurial spirit started to stir within her, and she found herself spearheading one of Italy’s leading female entrepreneurship communities, WomanZeta. It was through this period of her journey where Marta attributes gaining the skills and confidence that enabled her to step into her current role. 

Today, Marta is the Marketing Director of EquipHer Movement, where she leads social media marketing strategies, digital communication, and assists with event planning details for the annual EquipHer Conference. Marta pours her heart into everything she does and is passionate about equipping others with faith, integrity, and truth—proving that you don’t have to compromise your values to reach the top.
